OMNI Lattice

Agent teams for the work your business repeats. Configured with you.

A Lattice is a team of OMNI agents with the workflow already wired between them. You tell us the work and the rules. It runs on your schedule, and you approve everything it produces.

We configure every deployment with you on a call, so we take on a limited number of businesses at a time. Tell us what you need and we will get you set up.

Setup

Two forms and one call.

Setup is the same shape for every Lattice. You pick one, and the forms ask only about that one. Lead Generation asks what you sell and who you want. Bookkeeping asks for your chart of accounts and close checklist. Document Prep asks for your templates and intake rules. Customer Service asks for your policies and the answers you already give.

01

The work

What your business does and which job you want off your plate. A website link is enough to start.

02

The rules

What qualifies, what to never do, and how it should sound. Plain language, no configuration screens.

03

The output

Everything lands on your dashboard to review and download. Nothing leaves without you.

The Lattices

Pick the work you want off your plate.

The anatomy

Circles leave gaps. A Lattice has none.

A pile of chatbots is a pile of circles: brilliant alone, loosely stacked together, and your work falls through the spaces between them. OMNI gives each model a square enclosure and tiles them into a Lattice. The bus carries what every agent knows to every other agent. No gaps, at any scale.

Work falls through A cluster of frontier models
Nothing falls through The OMNI Lattice
What makes it different

Chatbots answer. A Lattice finishes the job.

Four engineering decisions separate this from a chatbot with instructions taped to it.

A model trained on your business

Most AI tools wrap a general chatbot in a prompt. OMNI trains a compact model on your own documents until it knows your conventions. On real customer records it reads them more accurately than the frontier model it escalates to, and most of your work never leaves your deployment.

A team that finishes what one agent abandons

Given the same tools and the same instructions, a single frontier agent completed 10% of measured batch workflows. The OMNI Lattice completed 90%. Work that stops halfway is the real failure of AI agents, and giving every agent an enclosure is what fixes it.

Your numbers come from the ledger, not from memory

Every action is recorded as it happens. When a report states a total, that figure is read back out of that record rather than recalled by a model. This is the difference between a summary that looks right and one that is right.

The rules live where a model cannot argue with them

Evidence requirements, volume limits, and duplicate checks are enforced by the machinery, not written into instructions and hoped for. An agent cannot talk its way past them on a bad day.
